Application requirements
The documentation checklist will be released with the Delegate Registration and Financial Aid Information Pack. Applicants should wait for that verified list before preparing sensitive financial records.

Flight and visa support is available only to priority-window applicants. To be considered for it, submit your financial aid application by 16 November 2026.

Types of packages
Applicants specify the package they are requesting within the financial aid application. Each component is reviewed independently, and an applicant may receive any combination of the three.
- Fee waiver
- Participation fee waivedFor delegates who can arrange their own travel and lodging
- Accommodation
- Fee waiver and accommodation bundleRoom, breakfast, airport transfer and ground transportation to and from the conference venue
- Full package
- Fee waiver, accommodation, flight and visa supportFor delegates for whom airfare is the binding constraint · priority-window applicants only

Who is eligible
Financial aid is open only to applicants based in Africa.

How applications are reviewed
Financial aid is awarded through competitive batch review and is based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. Submission of an application does not guarantee an award.
All financial aid decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
